**Job Title: Pipefitter Foreman** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Pipefitter Foreman to join our team for a project in Decatur. The role involves pipe fitting, welding, and verifying measurements. The job site includes an area for fabrication located approximately 100 feet away from the main work area. The work primarily involves stainless steel pipes ranging from 3 to 10 inches in size. Work hours may start around 6 or 7 AM, and shifts can be 10 to 12 hours long. The project is outdoors, except for the fabrication work, and involves changing out carbon screens and running new piping. **Responsibilities** + Perform pipe fitting tasks including measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipes. + Verify all field measurements to ensure accuracy. + Read and interpret blueprints and ISO drawings. + Supervise a team of 3 to 4 workers and coordinate with the supervisor. + Explain tasks and procedures to team members. + Conduct welding tasks as needed. + Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations. **Essential Skills** + Proven pipefitting experience. + Ability to verify field measurements accurately. + Proficient in reading blueprints and ISO drawings. + Welding skills. + Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Willingness to teach and guide team members. + Good problem-solving abilities. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and be part of exciting projects with opportunities for long-term employment.
