**Job Title: Pipefitter Lead**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter Lead to oversee the piping building operations. The role requires full-time presence on the floor, working closely with the team to ensure efficient and accurate pipe layout, drilling, and fitting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in pipe fitting and welding.
**Responsibilities**
+ Layout and drilling of header pipes.
+ Fit up of header pipe stubs and connections.
+ Layout and fit up of piping spools and trim piping.
+ Economizer header layout and fit up.
+ Boiler trim pipe layout and fit up.
+ Delegate work to team members while actively participating in hands-on tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to work from 5am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
+ Availability for Saturday work when required by product/schedule demands.
+ Exceptional performance in all required skills can result in higher pay.

**Work Environment**
The work environment involves working on the floor full-time, actively participating in pipe fitting tasks alongside the team. The shift hours are from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with the expectation of Saturday work when necessary.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
