Role Overview Manage a team of installation engineers and oversee all aspects of pipeline installation projects and tenders. Contribute to the selection of subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and norms. Perform installation procedures and calculations and provide support to offshore operations. Participate in conceptual studies and propose innovative solutions for cost and risk reduction. Act as a technical reference for pipeline installation and manage interfaces with clients and internal teams. Ensure efficient day-to-day management of the installation engineering team and provide regular operational reports. Participate in engineers' training and development and contribute to departmental knowledge consolidation. Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience (5-10 years) in pipeline installation Strong knowledge of cable installation, offshore pipelines, and S&J Lay methods. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus. Familiarity with conceptual studies, installation procedures, and specifications. Ability to manage external and internal interfaces and lead a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively for cost-effective solutions. Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Certifications in relevant areas such as project management or pipeline installation are advantageous.
