Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Integrity Engineering Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of pipeline integrity management, corrosion control, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. As a consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance to clients, ensuring the longevity and safety of their pipeline assets.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough integrity assessments of pipelines, including risk analysis, corrosion control, and fitness-for-service evaluations. Develop and implement integrity management programs tailored to meet client-specific needs and regulatory requirements. Provide technical expertise in the evaluation of pipeline anomalies, defects, and potential threats to integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for pipeline maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to pipeline integrity and incorporate best practices into client recommendations. Deliver comprehensive technical reports and presentations to clients, communicating complex engineering concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client understanding of pipeline integrity concepts and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in pipeline integrity management and engineering consulting. In-depth knowledge of industry codes and standards related to pipeline integrity (e.g., API 1160, ASME B31.8, NACE). Familiarity with corrosion control techniques, in-line inspection tools, and risk assessment methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Professional Engineer (PE) or NACE certification is a plus.
