You will assist with all phases in the execution of specific pipeline integrity management jobs.

As a Pipeline Technician, you will be responsible for:

Ordering parts, supplies, and equipment pre-job specific to job requirements.Launching and tracking pigs, project management, attending operator's meetings, receiving a pig, locating a stuck pig, and cleaning pipelines.Taking field notes and attending and participating in safety meetings.Managing and maintaining company equipment.Performing equipment maintenance and general shop upkeep.Packing equipment post-job and performing appropriate housekeeping measures.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have up to 5 years of experience working as a pipeline technician.Be able to operate a laptop computer proficiently to receive and dispatch emails and to operate an Excel spreadsheet.Have experience being a part of technical projects with crews.Be able to travel upwards of 70% of the time during peak periods.Possess the ability to multi-task and properly execute multiple simultaneous assignments without sacrificing efficiency or quality of the work.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work together in a team environment.
