Our client, a leading player in the energy sector, is seeking a Piping Field Engineer to join their team. As a Piping Field Engineer, you will be part of the construction management department supporting the Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project Stage 3. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to motivate team members effectively, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Piping Field Engineer **Location:** Portland, TX **Pay Range:** $50.00-60.00 per hour **What's the Job?** + Perform inspections and initiate supporting documentation for all discipline system installations on an ongoing basis. + Provide support to field supervision in establishing requirements for workforce, tools, equipment, and material requirements for a given work evolution. + Execute field material takeoffs from "Issued For Construction" drawings. + Troubleshoot design issues and resolve them with engineering and/or fabricators using formal documentation processes. + Act as the point of contact for coordination and resolution of all technical issues related to select contractors on site. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Engineering or Construction Management and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience. + Construction experience assigned to a construction site, particularly in heavy industrial direct hire construction. + Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations. + Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other common applications used in the construction industry. + Experience on an LNG construction site, especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast. **What's in it for me?** + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Match + Weekly pay with direct deposit + Holiday Pay + Referral Rewards + Monthly Recognition Programs If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
