At the direction of the Shift/Assistant Shift Manager, assists in accounting for all Table Games operation during their shift.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assists in the scheduling of dealers and Floor Supervisors as directed.Supervise live games, ensuring game integrity and internal controls are adhered to as directed.Assist in monitoring subordinates. Provides counseling and implementing disciplinary actions as directed.Fills and credits chips as directed.Provides administrative support by opening and closing slips and reports; preparation of PAF’s; scheduling of Table Games area floor staff and dealers; verification of time sheets and sign in sheets; initializing and implementing dealer rotation schedule.Maintains quality guest service and effective communication with all other departments.Maintains all logs and reports and process all paperwork on time.Develops and maintains quality guest service and performance levels.Ensuring security of the casino’s assets, ultimate guest satisfaction and team member morale.Maintain communication and cooperation with other shifts and departments.Understands and adheres to all Title 31 procedures.Adheres to table games policies, procedures and internal controls.Possesses a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, and table games counting methods and procedures.Informs the Shift Manager/Assistant Shift Manager of any irregularities.Performs other job related duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
Must have knowledge of gaming regulations, basic understanding of computer generated reports. Knowledge of all forms and regulations regarding opening, closing and operation of table games. Team leader and innovator relating to marketing concepts. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information. Must be competent with various PC based software programs. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with guests and staff. Must possess excellent business sense and high professional ethics. Must possess a high regard for guest service and team member relations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum five years previous Table Games supervisory gaming experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to perform in fast paced and goal oriented environment.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Public speaking skills are important to the successful conduct of this position. Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, rates, ratio, proportions and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to apply legal, regulatory and procedure doctrine, concepts and policy to practical situations. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The team member frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required to sit. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This is a fast paced work environment and the position requires the ability to cope with it. The casino environment has moderate to loud noise levels and is a smoking environment.
WORKING HOURS:
Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require team members be available for evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. A typical workweek and normal work schedules may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday. Position may require overtime.
