Job Description

 

Job Title: Domino's Pizza Insider

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Order Handling: Receive and process customer orders in-person and via phone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Pizza Preparation: Assist in the preparation of pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly. Ensure a positive experience for all customers.Cash Handling: Manage cash and payment transactions accurately and responsibly.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives. Participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals.Store Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the store to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Age: Must be at least 16 years old.Education: No formal education required.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Enthusiastic and friendly with a customer-first attitude.Detail-oriented and capable of following instructions accurately.Team player who is punctual and reliable.

Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older.Transportation: Reliable means of getting to and from work.Personality: Friendly demeanor with a great smile and positive attitude.Communication Skills: Clear and articulate speaking voice; excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities.Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for cash handling.Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and various shifts.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation.Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge for order entry.Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and follow food safety and preparation procedures.Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
