We are currently seeking a Placement Executive to join our team which is a newly created position within Aon NZ. This role leverage insurance markets locally and globally to obtain the best results for our clients. This is achieved through delivering insurance placement solutions crafted specifically to meet the unique needs and risks faced by Aon’s clients across a broad range of industries. Key responsibilities include: Engage with key stakeholders on all elements of insurance program marketing from client strategy, insurer negotiation, technical analysis and presentation of results. Supporting colleagues to represent both Aon and our clients’ interests with insurance markets to negotiate favourable coverage, pricing and terms. Build and maintain positive relationships with key personnel within local insurance markets. Participating in the direction and execution of our insurer strategic partnership strategies. Monitor the insurance market to maintain up to date knowledge of the overall market environment. Provide direction and risk management advice to client management associates. Review and analyse renewal questionnaires and supporting data to understand year on year changes in the clients’ risk profile. Prepare and analyse loss ratios, basic burning costs, triangles, large loss information and risk profiles to assist with insurer negotiations. Present the clients renewal information in a clear and consistent format for presentation to insurers. Collate and present insurer quotations in a clear and consistent format for presentation to the client delivery team. Project manage the renewal process from data collection to binding of terms working in conjunction with the client delivery team. Respond to ad hoc inquiries from client delivery team and / or insurers. About you We're searching for a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our dynamic team.
