Placement Executive - Employee Benefits (Qatar)What can you expect:
We are seeking an experienced Placement Executive to join our growing Employee Benefits team in Qatar. This is a key role responsible for managing market relationships, negotiating with insurers, and handling day-to-day placement activities. You will be part of a small, dynamic team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.

We will rely on you to:
- Negotiate with insurance providers to secure the best terms and coverage for our clients
- Prepare comparative analysis and proposals for clients
- Manage the placement process, including policy renewals and new business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior insurance company management
- Assist with claims analytics and reporting
- Prepare detailed comparison reports of marker proposals
- Maintain placement register, and able to create data analytics of placement activities
- Provide excellent client service and be a trusted advisor to our customers- Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate complex concepts and trends to both technical and non-technical audiences
What you need to have:
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, preferably in the GCC region
- Strong technical understanding of medical and life insurance products
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Confident, outspoken personality with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory)
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, insurance)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate complex information
