Description Well respected Miami law firm is expanding and seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury attorney with 3+ years’ experience to join its downtown Miami office. Competitive salary and benefits package including a base salary up to $150,000 plus year-end bonus (origination and discretionary bonuses also received for cases you litigate). The attorney can work in office, remote or hybrid. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage all facets of litigation cases concerning plaintiff personal injury cases + Provide legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and pursuing fair compensation for physical injury, medical bills, and other related losses + Motion practice including drafting motions, responses to discovery requests, settlement contracts, and other case-related correspondence + Facilitate resolution discussions with other parties, insurance providers, and defense lawyers + Prepare for and conduct trials, including jury selection, opening statements, witness examination, and closing arguments If you are a motivated attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
