We currently have an opportunity for a Planned Scheduler to join our team. Working closely with the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will effectively manage all scheduling activities for planned work activities (Planned works, Vacant Restoration and Modifications) and performance management, ensuring operational objectives are achieved, and the business project milestones and contractual deliverables are realised.
This role is based in Wollongong and you will be expected to work from the office 4 days a week.
What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Assign work orders Collaborate with Delivery Service Supervisors (DSS), team leads, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and define milestones. Identify project dependencies, constraints, and critical paths to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and track key milestones to ensure adherence to timelines. Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or potential delays and work with stakeholders to implement solutions. Communicate schedule updates, deviations, and risks to project teams and management. Generate regular reports on project status, schedule performance, and resource utilizationWhat you’ll bring
Administration and Excel experience essential Scheduling and logistics knowledge People management skills – communication, relationship management – including coordinating with subcontractors and team.
