1. Good and dynamic understanding of customer demand through demand analysis and forecasting.
2. Drive material preparation and safety stock optimization in support of achieving sales target
3. Create and release purchase order and work order timely to drive material flow in support of on time delivery to customer
4. Manage safety stock to enhance the on time delivery capability in volatile market environment, optimize inventory structure to meet inventory and DOH targets
5. Improve accuracy of supplier forecast for better supply chain management
6. Make good manufacturing plan through lean and leveling to support optimized inventory and production efficiency
7. Avoid premium freight by maintaining adequate safety stock and proper planning, quick response to any changes that may impact material delivery
8. Reduce excess and obsolescence through inventory control and proper management in material related changes such as engineering change
9. Communicate with other necessary functions to expedite material flow. Regular review of critical material status for early alert and expedite to protect customer due date
10. Provide related work to meet APAC material team, other departmental or management requirements.
1. Planning and scheduling skills, ERP Skills, Microsoft office competencies, communication skill, high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Bachelor degree in a related business field
3. At least 2 years Planner working experience in multi-national company
4. Proficient in Microsoft office tools, good at data analysis
5. Familiar with ERP system, preferred SAP
6. Good verbal (both English & Mandarin) and written communication skills
7. Initiative in challenge and adaptive to ever changing environment
