Planner – Supply Chain
We are seeking a Planner for a temporary 2-month assignment, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced team. Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate supply chain planning processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Monitor inventory levels and manage reorders to prevent shortages.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.Prepare and analyze reports on inventory and supply chain performance.Facilitate communication between departments to align production schedules.Assist in forecasting and demand planning.Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues, including delays and order discrepancies.Qualifications:Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management software.Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Solid understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.Plus: Experience in planning or logistics within a supply chain environment.
