In this role, you’ll play an essential part in optimizing planning and logistics processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-notch service. Your contributions will directly impact our success, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day.
 
What You’ll Do Planning & Dispatching: Plan and dispatch resources, labor, and equipment on a timely basis to meet business goals and metrics. Optimization: Collaborate with management teams to optimize scheduling, routing, and service delivery to ensure maximum efficiency. Software & Tools Usage: Utilize software and tools to identify cost-effective solutions for meeting needs and improve operational workflows. Data Improvement: Continuously work to improve datasets, ensuring the accuracy of models and service performance. Communication: Provide daily updates to management on labor and equipment requirements to ensure smooth operations and resource alignment. Problem Solving: Address planning challenges by analyzing data and applying logic and judgment to resolve issues in real-time. Collaboration: Work within multifunctional teams to meet business objectives, and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Experience: 0-1 years of planning and analytical experience or 1-3 years of work experience in a related field. Technology Proficiency: Solid experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Skills: Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for quickly learning new tools and systems. Customer Focus: Ability to demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. Team Player: Comfortable working as part of a multifunctional team and contributing to group goals. Preferred Qualifications: ERP Systems Experience: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE is a plus. Logistics/Planning Experience: Previous experience in logistics, planning support, or supply chain optimization is preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
