\r\n\r\nAs a Planner, you will
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tFollow up to SAP Planning order exceptions (past due, expedite, push out, cancel)\r\n\tFinished Good Production Scheduling\r\n\tPublish Daily Production Plan\r\n\tFollow up of Production orders status and barriers\r\n\tReview with kitting if they are having issues with material\r\n\tReview if orders are converted in SAP, if not need to start converting planned orders to production orders\r\n\tReviewing missing parts coming out in the release simulation to see if production could start working without them\r\n\tCreate missing parts file and request to Upstream team the estimate arrival time\r\n\tRelease orders and prepare them to production, separate them by assemblies\r\n\tProduction Schedule Attainment\r\n\r\n\r\n

Responsibilities:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPlanning\r\n\tWork daily MRP exception messages\r\n\tManage flow of material between supplier and plant\r\n\tEnsure materials are available for production\r\n\tMeet the targets on days of inventory\r\n\tExpedite Purchase Order with supplier\r\n\tCrisis shortage provide priority to the supplier\r\n\tMonthly review of vendor forecast\r\n\tReview Open order report with supplier\r\n\tUpdate in SAP purchase orders due dates\r\n\tReview and adjust MRP planning parameters such as safety stock, minimum lot sizes, rounding values, pallet quantities, lead times, lot sizing procedures, etc.\r\n\tQuarterly review of the replenishment strategy Kanban, ROP or MRP\r\n\tInterfaces with MPS Planners and Production Scheduler\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business\r\n\tExperience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ERP / SAP, production scheduling, and inventory management\r\n\tExperience working with SAP desirable\r\n\tStrong Microsoft Excel skills\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\nPay: $28/hr. to $30/hr.
\r\n\r\nHours: M-F 7:00 Am- :4: 00 PM
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
