Job Description
As a Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of data and the efficient functioning of tools and processes. You will be responsible for maintaining productivity by level loading work orders, analyzing inventory positions and SKU performance, and executing various purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports. You will also be responsible for delivering completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.Research and manage shortages, mitigate shortages, and help with transfers.Coordinate with the warehouse floor and assist with Kanban processes.Utilize Jira system to pre-emptively backfill kits ensuring pipeline readiness.Carry and inspect full kits of products for specific work orders.Identify assemblies based on labels and other indicators.Essential SkillsNo less than 3+ years of experience with inventory management systems, particularly SAP or a similar system.Mid-level proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, index matching, and VLOOKUP.Strong data analysis skills to review stock levels and order requirements.Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to rapid changes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Kanban processes.Comfortable lifting 50 lbs, standing, bending, stooping, and twisting as needed.Ability to coordinate with various teams including engineers, planners, and warehouse staff.Relevant experience preferred, but a degree is a plus.Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite role with shifts in Kirkland and Redmond, WA. The shifts are 4-10 hours from 4 pm - 2:30 am. The Kirkland location has one role from Sunday to Wednesday and another from Wednesday to Saturday. The role involves a combination of computer-based tasks and physical activities within a warehouse setting.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
