**Country:** China **Location:** LOC3140: No.868 Yangtai Road, Shanghai, Baoshan Disrtict, Shanghai, China + JD: Production PlannerJob Summary:The production planner is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedule to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products. This role involves coordinating with various departments , including procuremen, production and engineering teams , to optimize resource utilization, meet customer demand, and achieve production targets. The production planner will monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, production efficiency and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.Key responsibilities; + Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets. + Ensure alignment between production plans and material availability , workforce capacity and equipment readiness. + Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand , material shortages or production delays. + Collaborate with production teams to allocate resources (labor , machinery , and materials) efficiently. + Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process. + Track and report OTD performance, identifying root cause of delays and implementing corrective actions. + Monitor inventory levels of RM, WIP and FG to ensure alignment with demand forecast. + Conduct regular reviews of lead time reduction including manufacturing and purchasing lead time. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in operations management , Industrial Engineering , Business administration , or a related field. Proven experience in production planning , scheduling or operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP system (SAP) and MS excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
