Planner Admin - Night shift

Our client is seeking a Planner to join their team. As a Planner, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Planner
**Location:** Hanover, PA
**Pay Range:** $22.87 (Temp to hire, with a $1.00 raise upon conversion)
Shift: Monday through Thursday + overtime 5:30pm - 5:30am
**What's the Job?**
+ Create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring optimal order picking and shipping efficiency.
+ Monitor and prioritize orders based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
+ Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and shipping teams to ensure smooth execution of wave plans.
+ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wave planning and order fulfillment, identifying areas for improvement.
+ Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to wave planning, order picking, and shipping.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Blue Yonder.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Power BI nice to have
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
