Role overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Planner to join our Planning team in Cornella, Barcelona. You'll work closely with our Drivers, Planners and clients to plan liquid gas deliveries across France, Benelux, and Germany. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Forecasting and Scheduling: Fulfil customer requirements by planning our bulk deliveries.

Resource Coordination: Schedule drivers, equipment, and products to meet demand.

Problem Solving: Use data and initiative to react to unplanned changes.

Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and provide excellent service.

Communication and Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for workforce planning, providing clear reporting and facilitating operational adjustments.

Role requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll at least need!

Fluent in Dutch and French

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong prioritization abilities

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Previous customer service or IT experience is a plus (not a pre)

Eager to learn and master new tools quickly.
