Summary You will serve as a PLANNER ESTIMATOR (GEN) in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH. Responsibilities You will prepare various kinds of contract performance work statements. You will perform planning and estimating assignments for equipment installation or maintenance. You will obtain proper clearances and approvals regarding safety, fire prevention, sanitation, etc. from proper officials. You will visit work site in order to gain information from field inspection and investigation for the scope requirements. You will determine labor and material costs for minor new construction, repairs, alterations, maintenance, and prototype work relating to research and technical development projects.
