The Facilities Planner position is responsible for assisting with the development of reliability based maintenance strategy, based on preventive and predictive maintenance. Individual provides support by prioritizing and scheduling all Demand and Planned work orders for the departments. The planner dispatches maintenance associates to perform assigned duties, and tasks to complete Demand, Planned work orders on time as scheduled. This position provides a wide range of support to the facilities teams, by conducting payroll, inputting purchase requisitions, coordinating with vendors and maintaining signage. Individual must understand regulations and compliance with Joint Commission standards.
