Our client located in Ajax, Ontario, is seeking a Planner/ Scheduler II

CGD Certificate Required

Job Title- Warehouse & Logistics Analyst/ Coordinator

This is day shift position- 8 hours per day (37 hours per week)

Start date: Feb 3, 2024 (24 months contract)

Pay rate - $30-33per hour

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and support OPEX-related reviews and reporting along with the VEX reporting for inventory tracking and target purposes. Responsible for supporting the Customer Service Logistics team in day-to-day operations including but not limited to, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, KPI's and other day-to-day functions as required. Responsible for monthly reporting on Logistics activities and KPI management Expedite urgent parts from the moment they arrive on site until delivered to CS warehouse Daily management of the QRQC meeting in Customer Service and the updating of the QRQC board Troubleshoot SAP-related issues that prevent the warehouse and logistics from completing their daily tasks SAP Inventory location clean up and management between CS warehouse and Production Must possess excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills and can be proactive and innovative in approach. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, a vast and in-depth working level knowledge of SAP and Excel is mandatory. Detailed understanding of Supply planning and Purchase Request to Purchase Order management, results-driven, excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate several projects/tasks at any given time Manage deadlines Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Requirements
