THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to business growth and expansion, our Commercial, Performance & Risk team is seeking additional Planners & Senior Planners to support the delivery of pipelined works across our Industrial & Power Generation, Power Projects and Water lines of business. This role is highly varied, involving a portfolio of diverse, synergistic projects and a strong pipeline of future works. This is a rare opportunity for a planner with Capital Works Delivery experience to support our business in delivering a Net-Zero, carbon-neutral future in renewable energy.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a preference for the successful applicants to be based in the East Coast of Australia however applicants based in the West may also be considered.
Responsibilities include:
Utilise P6 to develop, monitor and manage project schedules, provide reports, manage cost and time records, reports and outcomes. Work in conjunction with key stakeholders to identify, develop and implement schedules, execution plans, and reports. Advise key team members and subcontractors of the planned work schedule and subsequent changes required for compliance. Perform delay analysis as needed and support with suitable narrative. Manage project concerns and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.ABOUT YOU
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or Project Management (desirable). Proficient computer skills including Primavera P6 (essential) and MS Project. Minimum 10 years prior project planning & scheduling experience. Excellent knowledge and understanding of CPM scheduling concepts and delay analysis techniques. Strong attention to detail Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. High levels of verbal and written communications skills. Power BI knowledge and working experience (desirable).OUR OFFER
