+ Responsible for driving New Distribution Capabilities (NDC) Product innovation and delivering that vision through strong partnerships with our technology provider and IT partners.
+ This role is part of the Distribution Team within the Revenue organization.
**What you'll do**
+ Liases with travel agencies, GDS’ and technology providers to develop and manage all aspects of New Distribution Capabilities (NDC) implementations.
+ Collaborates with travel agencies, sales team members and end users, IT, Tech providers and many other corporate stake holders.
+ Prioritizes projects, uses business analysis techniques as appropriate for gathering business and technical requirements, and provides project documentation.
+ Keeps stakeholders informed and communicates outcomes, learnings, and changes as teams work toward objectives
+ Develops product subject matter expertise
+ Comprehends technical and business trade-offs that enable teams to deliver value sooner
+ Leads from the business with an eye toward ensuring that procedural and technical details are successfully addressed
+ Must be willing to travel for business when needed (minimal)
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ 3 years related Airline/Reservations/Sales experience
+ 2 years Project Management and/or Product Development experience
+ Experience with Agile, product ownership, project planning and delivery

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
+ Highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrated through experience developing and growing internal, external and cross-functional relationships
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
+ Knowledge of Sabre PSS, Airline, Contact Center, GDS and NDC
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
+ Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities and manage day-to-day evolution of product(s)
+ Must be well organized and detail oriented
+ Flexible and adaptable to changing environment
