NATURE AND SCOPE
To promote & support a highly efficient & low-cost Maintenance Organization through, CMMS (SAP) utilization & expertise, workflow management & organization of Technicians work
JOB DUTIES
SAP utilization & expertise for tasks including but not limited to:
Build/enter/change preventive/predictive maintenance plans Build/enter/change equipment structure, Bill of Material items (BOM’s) & vendor information Linking of resource materials, drawings Running reports Ordering Foster growth in SAP measuresWorkflow management
Contact & meets with vendors/gather all pertinent information regarding plant equipment Process daily & weekly work reports Pursue high-Quality, low-cost options when planning work Assure all work orders are accurate through their close out steps Assure identified work order/PM/ changes are implemented Create/change documented workflows Assure accurate equipment history & cost information is developed from a work orderOrganization of Technicians work
Assure parts, resources & required materials are ready prior to a planned work assignment. Working in conjunction with stores, assure parts are “kitted” prior to starting work. Leads required changes in work plans/tasks to promote workflow process improvement Performs all other duties as assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONS

Interacts with all plant employees regarding equipment, work plans, improvements Determining Preventative/predictive Maintenance tasks, frequencies & time for task Recommending stock levels Determining high-Quality, low-cost options when planning workWORKING CONDITIONS
Overtime, as required, would be equalized within the Planning Technician classification Work would involve Packaging, processing, warehouse, infrastructure & all other plant floor areas PC/desk involvement. Active & on the floor with work teams Extensive communication among plant personnel/team members & vendors Occasional exposure to seasonal conditions, working in narrow aisles Perform operations including lifting, standing, walking & writingCOMPANY WIDE POLICIES
Complies with all government regulations pertaining to Occupational Health and Safety, etc. Complies with all company rules, policies, procedures, and programs. Assists in supporting the company's preventative maintenance program. Maintains company standards for housekeeping in everyday work routine. Plant GMP/PPE Compliance. Must be able to communicate with Warehouse Service Operators to order Raw Materials to complete frame-ups. Must be able to communicate needed information to peers, support personnel and Supervisors to assure successful operation. Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant’s QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenancePERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
