Planning, Policy, & Business Analyst

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Planning, Policy, & Business Analyst to join our team in the DMV area.  

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Lead, manage, work and/or support Policy development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, communication, and compliance IAW CIO-T’s PLCM process and procedures for assigned Corporate Policies, IT Services Policies for daily IT Operations, CIO Enterprise Policies, and Cyber Security, Information Assurance, Section 508 Policies 

Lead, manage, oversee and support SME development of SME Self-Inspection Compliance Checklists to ensure policy implementation, monitoring and tracking 

Lead, manage, oversee and support SME analysis and determinations for Gap Analysis, and Policy revisions/updates 

Conduct independent verification and validation to ensure NGA CIO-T Policies are clear, fact-based, accurate, outcome-driven, consistent with external guidance, and reflective of NGA strategic planning  

Serve as CIO-T Policy Officers for their TBD assigned policy functional areas 

Support implementation of Policy Business Process Improvements  

Support tracking and reporting of Policy Business Analytics  

Support tracking and reporting of metrics and Policy Performance Measures  

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

9 years of experience with policies 

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field  

Experience leading, managing, and working IT policies IAW government process and procedures and SME policy self-inspection checklists 

Review, coordination, adjudication, rescissions, and gaps IAW government processes and procedures, etc. 

 

Desired Qualification: 

Experience with CIO-T’s Policies IAW CIO-T’s PLCM process and procedures 

Shall have extensive knowledge of, and in-depth experience, skill and expertise working and supporting CIO-T Policy development, review, coordination, adjudication, rescissions, and gaps IAW CIO-T’s PLCM process and procedures, etc. 

Shall be knowledgeable of CIO-T’s policies and PLCM process and procedures as they relate to the agency’s Section 508 and accessibility initiatives; and should have knowledge of / experience with a program (s) that ensures individuals with disabilities have access to EIT and meets the compliance requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. 

Clearance Requirements: 

Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly 

 

Physical Requirements:  

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time   

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer 

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations   

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
