Description:

WHO YOU ARE:

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Planning & Allocation Intern is responsible for supporting omni-channel planning and allocation daily operations and projects.  This role includes administrative, analytical and project functions in merchandising, reporting and sales performance management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Assist planning and allocation analysts with analysis and business reviews Support allocation and replenishment functions to ensure optimal inventory levels across stores Develop reports and analyse information to inform business decisions Work closely with cross-functional teams to help maximize sales opportunities Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, eg. Commerce, Finance or Supply Chain - completed or in progress Ideal role for a new graduate or third year student One (1) to two (2) years of relevant work experience is an asset Fashion retail experience is an asset Proficiency with MS Office suite; MS Excel is required Knowledge of business intelligence tools is an asset Highly analytical and detail-oriented Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities Results-oriented, working well in a collaborative environment, with the ability to also work independently Strong communication skills, bilingualism required (English and French)
