What You'll Do
The Finance Analyst role involves a range of critical responsibilities that support effective financial operations, planning, and analysis across the organization. You will play a key part in preparing executive summaries and key reports, managing processes such as planning operations and FTE tracking, sharing best practices, and acting as a steward for financial data. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure accurate reporting, support finance transformation initiatives, and contribute to improving process efficiency. Your role will also require ownership of tasks such as accruals, reclassification, and CapEx management, alongside maintaining vital data sets for capacity and budget.
Key tactical responsibilities include:
Preparing and assisting with key documents and reports for Senior Management, including presentations.Managing the accruals process and ensuring compliance.Managing month end process to summarize results and explain variancesOverseeing contingent worker and FTE tracking, as well as Workday (WD) reconciliations with HR.Acting as the E2E Finance Data Steward and managing manual adjustment controls in collaboration with the central FP&A team.Reviewing invoices, updating databases, pulling reports, and updating budget models.Supporting forecasting/planning cycles, including rolling up forecasts and highlighting risks/opportunities.Leading enhancements/improvements for current dashboards and reporting platforms.Sharing best practices with other functional finance analysts to introduce fresh perspective and innovative approach
What You'll Bring

Technical Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. CA, CPA, ICWA, or MBA preferred.3+ years of relevant work experience in a finance environment (5-6 years preferred for senior roles).Strong business acumen and passion for collaboration.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with systems like Tableau, Alteryx, Workday, and HFM.Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.Motivation and self-drive to tackle challenges and proactively find ways to add value.Other Competencies:
