Planning Analyst

About the role:

Under the management of the GBS Planning Tower Lead, the Planning Analyst will support the OPR Planning community by monitoring master data quality and consistency into the systems but also by ensuring the right level of knowledge of the different tools and processes.  Additionally, the Planning Analyst will participate in key initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement.

 

Key responsibilities:

Provide Global team with materials & slide deck for S&OE discussion based on plan prepared by the OPR planning teams Provide update and regular distribution of reports & KPIs (ex. Adherence to plan, backup matrix, etc.) Monitor data and systems are up-to-date to ensure efficient planning for the OPR and deployment planning teams Provide support to the planning teams on processes and tools. The Planning Analyst would be the Process Power User (PPU) for the planning processes and tools (OMP). Support continuous improvement within operational planning community aiming at planning excellence
 

About you:

2 to 3 years experience in supply planning, inventory management, and/or logistics Bachelor or Master degree, preferably within Business or Engineering English fluent Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, specifically the integrated supply planning process Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Proficient in Microsoft Excel Previous experience with SAP, OMP and Business Objects Process Oriented
