As a Planning and Analysis, Lead Product Owner - Executive Director within the P&A Innovation & Transformation function, you will play a critical role in defining and communicating the product vision and strategy aligned with our business goals. You will develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features based on business value and customer needs, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization. You will work closely with engineers and data scientists to develop products using cloud-based tools and analyze large data sets to extract insights and trends. You will also lead and mentor a team of product managers and other professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Job responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned our business goals, incorporating emerging technologies and trends. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features based on business value and customer needs, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization. Advocate for the customer by ensuring products meet user needs and deliver exceptional experiences, while gathering and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement. Understand agile software development processes and work closely with engineers and data scientists to develop products using cloud-based tools (e.g., AWS, Databricks, MLFlow, Python). Analyze large data sets to extract insights and trends, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance. Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders. Communicate clearly and persuasively to various audiences, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to ensure alignment and support. Lead and mentor a team of product managers and other professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and providing guidance for the team's success and professional growth. Ensure products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, while identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development and deployment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience 15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives. Ability to set and manage accountabilities and expectations at all levels - team members, peers, business partners and senior management  Proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques, with the ability to apply these methods to financial forecasting and risk assessment. Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS, and familiarity with data visualization tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
