WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Planning + Operations Manager to join our team on behalf of one of our premier retail clients in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for a motivated innovator who can drive operational excellence and deliver strategic initiatives across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport and athletes, thrive in ambiguous environments, and manage complex and challenging workstreams simultaneously.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON: As the Planning + Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational effectiveness and wellbeing of all workstreams within the planning and operations team. This includes but is not limited to:
Leading continuous improvement efforts, establishing standard ways of working and best-in-class methodologies.
Partnering with leaders across Central Operations to drive consistency in governance processes, enabling strategic alignment, prioritization, and visibility.
Developing and implementing tools and processes to manage CPBM Ops programs.
Driving consistency in governance processes across the team.
Partnering with leaders to enable strategic alignment and prioritization.
Delivering executive-level presentations, ensuring clear communication of strategic initiatives and progress.
Handling multiple complex workstreams with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH: You will work closely with Nike's Consumer Operations Teams, Functional Operations Teams, Technology partners, and Central Operations teams. You will also lead and develop a lean team, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive revolutionary changes in Nike's merchandising and product creation operations.

Skills and Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING: The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Master's degree preferred.
9+ years of professional experience in Business, IT, or equivalent.
6+ years of portfolio, program management, and/or project management leadership experience; PMP certification preferred.
Proven track record of delivering large, complex programs.
Expertise in complex problem-solving, process development, and fact-based decision making.
Strong consensus-building and influencing skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
Experience in highly matrixed work environments, with comfort navigating ambiguity.
Excellent communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership skills.
Experience in product creation is a plus.
Passion for sport and athletes, with a deep understanding of our client's mission and values.
Ability to handle ambiguous environments and manage multiple complex and challenging workstreams simultaneously.
Proficiency in delivering executive-level presentations with minimal supervision. null
