Responsible for managing and preparation of daily manufacturing build records for Finished Goods and Sub-Assemblies, scanning completed products, reconciling daily output/scanned products between manufacturing, warehouse clerks and assigning manufacturing/sterilization lot numbers per build records.
 
Daily tracking of manufacturing output reports, monitor GMP are properly followed and identify non-compliance prior reconciling daily reports. Planning and ensuring material availability to support build schedules.  Typical job duties to include:Generate build records as requested per production planner.Delivers build cards according to planning schedule.Scan production completed FG/Subs on hourly basis.Data entry of planning and quality required reports.Coordinates and track sub assembly shipment to Costa Rica and China JV.Report Engineering builds/yellow sheets that impacts schedule to Production Planner.Proactively escalates potential production barriers.
