Understand project specifications and develop various schedules and budgets that meet them. Plan of projects from its initiation, i.e., planning of office, workforce, preparing detailed project reports, lender’s coordination for financial closure. Ability to use SAP & create Project Structure with necessary WBS Mapping, PR creation, Capex Mapping etc. Ability to do analytics for projects in terms of project constraints i.e., time, cost & scope. Monitor and track project progress, and preparing various MIS, Dashboards, Cockpit Presentations with respect to Time, Cost, Scope constraints. Attend and schedule meetings as required & able to record Minutes of Meetings. To do contract administration through various correspondences, notes using strong writing skills, knowledge of regulatory aspects of Power Transmission Lines would be an added advantage. Prepare the record of events, correspondence, documents for Contractual Claims Management and supporting Regulatory teams as per requirement. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for expediting the tasks completion as necessary to ensure the schedules of projects are met. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budgets through proper monitoring & control mechanisms. Observe existing processes and procedures, accordingly, analyzing improvement requirements and addressing updates, as necessary. Closing of projects through proper documentations, coordination with contractors/vendors for Material Reconciliation, Account Reconciliation, preparing for Delay Analysis, claim analysis as per requirements. Should have knowledge of various Project Management tools such as Primavera (P6), MS Projects, as well as knowledge of Advance Excel, Power BI tools for planning & analysis.

Travel to Project Sites /Vendor works, as necessary.

Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech/ Diploma – Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical

 

Experiences: 

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Transmission Line Planning Works execution. Proficiency in MS – office & Knowledge MS – Project. Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
