Establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate daily production plans, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices in Production planning and control, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the Production lifecycle. Mentor and coach teams on effective planning and control methodologies, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
