Our Planning Manager will manage a team of planners and is responsible for financial and assortment planning in collaboration with marketplace merchandisers, sales, and operations. Based on knowledge of our systems and data flow, you will work on improving our efficiency and processes.

How you’ll help us.            

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Head of Wholesale Planning, and as part of the role, you’ll:   

Build and lead a skilled Planning team, fostering good relationships with key functions, coaching team members, and empowering them for decision-making while ensuring timely issue resolution. 

Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans and rolling forecasts to meet commercial goals, driving sales and profit performance while collaborating with the Head of Wholesale Planning online forecasting. 

Collaborate with marketplace merchandise managers to guide assortment strategies based on historical analysis and market trends, ensuring effective integration of marketing campaigns into planning processes. 

Identify and implement efficiencies in workflows and systems, manage the Sales and Operations Planning process for accurate forecasting, and enhance the understanding of Wholesale connected planning across the business. 

Oversee Master Data management and the financial product planning process, ensuring clear reporting on seasonal product performance and maintaining awareness of requirements across the organisation. 

 

More about you.        

Economy, supply chain, business management or business analytics background with at least 5 years of demand planning experience in a multi-channel retail environment and 3 years of managing teams. 

Proficiency in financial and assortment planning. 

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with relevant systems and applications, demonstrating good financial awareness. 

Passion for (sports) fashion or the sports industry.
