Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and scope Prepare regular progress reports for senior management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Lead and mentor the planning team to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Education Qualification :-

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or related field Master’s degree in project management or related discipline (preferred)

 

Experience :-

12-18 years of experience in the Real Estate industry Demonstrated track record of successful project planning and execution Proven experience in coordinating and managing project teams
