Determine and strictly manage the demand planning process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement inventory strategies

Lead and develop a team of planners with exceptional organizational skills to ensure flawless execution.

Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands and optimize supply chain efficiency

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and systems

Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Strong drive to achieve results with a determined focus

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Fluent in Swedish and proficiency in English
