Planning Manager Date: 25 Feb 2025 Location: Cairo, Cairo, EG, 112761 Company: COLAS RAIL EGYPTE Opportunity Description Company & Position Details: + Company:Colas Rail Egypt (MEA Division) + Job Title:Project Planning Manager + Reporting To:Project Director Key Responsibilities: + Project Scheduling & Planning: + Develop and manage the project schedule, covering design, procurement, installation, and testing phases. + Incorporate contractual milestones and ensure alignment with theInitial Work Programme (IWP). + Optimize schedules by identifying risks, creating mitigation plans, and ensuring compliance with partners' schedules. + Coordination & Documentation: + Work with theProject Control teamto consolidate schedules and participate in weekly meetings. + Prepare schedule-related documentation, including bar charts, Tilos extracts, and performance reports. + Maintain updated schedules withmonthly progress reviewsand30-day & 90-day look-ahead programs. + Team & Stakeholder Management: + Lead the planning team, ensuring quality inputs and performance reviews. + Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and authorities. + Oversee the interface withBIM 4D modeling. Qualifications & Experience Required: + Languages:Fluent in English & Egyptian Arabic (French is a plus). + Technical Skills: + Expertise inPrimavera, Tilos, and other scheduling tools. + Engineering background with at least15 years of experiencein major construction projects. + Knowledge ofPMBOK®andBIM 4D. + Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, Outlook, and electronic document management tools. + Soft Skills: + Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. + Ability to work in amulticultural, multidisciplinaryteam. + Problem-solving mindset withself-motivation and leadership capabilities.
