Planning Specialist (50130161) Job Description **Are you ready to shape the future of sustainable water solutions by optimizing supply chains at a global leader in advanced pump technology?** **What is the job about?** As a Planning Specialist at Grundfos, you will be responsible for planning the supply of components and finished products for the Buenos Aires site. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will operate daily out of the Buenos Aires, Argentina facility (Garin). Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Argentina without support. **Your main responsibilities:** + Plan the supply needs for components and finished products from external suppliers and other company sites worldwide. + Lead the sales, inventory, and operations planning cycle (SIOP & SIOE) as part of the Supply Chain team. + Collaborate with the purchasing and production planning areas to ensure delivery commitments are met. + Develop initiatives to minimize slow-moving inventory and reduce inventory days. + Support internal colleagues in the development of projects (ETO). + Implement continuous improvements in area processes. + Update planning parameters to ensure on-time deliveries and inventory health. + Calculate and track the area's KPIs. **Your background:** We imagine that you have: + Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or Business Administration + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Supply Planning area + Advanced level of English + Knowledge of SAP + Proficiency in Excel **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
