The Plant Clerk role is based in Skaneateles, NY. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
What you’ll get to doScale operation for weighing company, customer, and 3rd party trucksProcess vendor invoices and purchase ordersProvide administrative support for plant management Compile, enter, and report payroll and production statisticsTrack finished goods inventory, equipment utilization, plant costs, and labor hoursPurchase parts and safety suppliesMaintain fuel inventory and equipment downtime reportsMonth end accruals and reportingProcess personnel changes and maintain filesTimekeeping in KronosEssential Experience and SkillsIntermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong organizational and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and the flexibility to adapt to changing business situationsAbility and motivation to meet the requirements of the job, which may include extended hours and irregular schedulesHigh school diploma or GEDThe Plant Clerk role is based in St. Johnsville, NY and supports our St. Johnsville and Poland locations. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels.What we have to offerCompetitive base salary Highly competitive benefits programs401k retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions
