What You'll Be Doing

Maintain accurate records of inventory and production data.Process and manage purchase orders and invoices.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management.Support daily operations by performing administrative tasks as needed.

What Are We Looking For

Dependable, strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

Office setting within a plant environment.Interaction with various departments and external vendors.Fast-paced and dynamic work atmosphere.
