You will lead a team of 5-7 providing oversight on financial operations and diving into detail as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and stock options, along with excellent benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee all financial aspects of plant operations, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting and analysis. + Implement and improve ERP systems (SAP preferred) to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. + Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with operational goals. + Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance on complex issues. + Dive into transaction details when necessary, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and regulatory compliance. + Drive problem-solving initiatives, optimizing processes to support a growing operation. **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of relevant experience within a manufacturing setting, with solid expertise in cost accounting. + **At least 5 years in a manufacturing plant environment - mandatory** . + Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). + Proven leadership and team management experience. + Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute at both tactical and strategic levels. + Master’s Degree (MBA) highly preferred; CPA is a plus. **How to Apply:** Our client is prepared to move quickly and relocation is available.
