**Jefferson Wells is collaborating with our client in McHenry County to identify an exceptional Plant Controller.** **Summary of Duties:** **Responsible for providing daily analytical support, cost analysis, and key business decision activities to manufacturing and management. Provide data and analysis, designed to help target efforts. Analyze a variety of operational metrics, develop data modeling and maintain reports. Lead Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system initiatives and develop into subject matter expert. Assist in forecasting, observing results, identifying trends, and creating operational metrics as needed.
