Description We are seeking a Plant Controller to become an integral part of our team in Shelbyville, Tennessee. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting software systems and the ability to oversee financial activities within our industry. Responsibilities: • Manage the overall financial operations within the plant • Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management • Ensure all accounting functions are performed accurately and within set deadlines • Oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely payments • Develop and control the plant's annual budget to support strategic business goals • Implement and maintain the ADP Financial Services system for improved financial processes • Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy • Use the Eaton and Epicor systems for enhanced financial reporting and analysis • Manage budget processes to meet the financial objectives of the plant • Employ 3M strategies for effective financial management and control. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as Plant Controller • Proficiency in using 3M tools is required • Experience with Accounting Software Systems is essential • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a prerequisite • Knowledge of Eaton tools is a must • Should have hands-on experience with Epicor • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial • Must be able to manage Annual Budget effectively • Proficiency in Auditing is required • Experience in managing Budget Processes is essential.
