Duties and responsibilities: * Plant Controller will oversee the financial operations and performance of the company * Financial Reporting - Prepare and present financial statements * Budgeting and Forecasting - Develop and manage the annual budget, operational capital and project budgets * Conduct forecasting to provide updates on financial performance * Cost Control and Analysis - Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures * Inventory Management - Oversee inventory and ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels * As a Plant Controller, you will develop and track operational and financial KPI's * Collaboration - Work closely with management, operations and other departments to align financial goals * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
