Job DescriptionEnsure the statutory requirements for electrical safety complies with SANS and OHSA regulations of South Africa.Ensure that electrical safety protocols are met and maintained within the company.Responsible to ensure that the safety of the people and property is protected from electrical hazards.Perform and document periodic electrical safety checks on portable appliances, machinery, fixed installations and RCD's.Perform maintenance tasks to ensure electrical safety standards are maintained.Make provision for protective equipment such as RCD's.Create and update electrical plant network schematic.Responsible for installations and maintenance.Conduct troubleshooting.Responsible for repairs and replacement.Responsible for electrical safety - issue COC.Conduct preventative maintenance.Maintain documentations.

QualificationsN6.Trade certificate.Wireman's  license for 3 phase installations.Registered for COC certification.
