Your mission:

Operational management of the finance, controlling and IT area of an integrated corrugated cardboard factory with more than 200 employees Contribute to the strategic direction of the plant by aligning financial and operational goals with group-level objectives and market dynamics Management of business processes and optimisation of KPIs Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, budgeting, reporting and investment planning Ensuring smooth operations in the commercial processes in close coordination with the management as well as analysis of optimisation potential and implementation with the workforce Management, motivation and development of employees and managers Reporting to the local management and the group headquarters as well as sparring partner of the management  Responsible for ERP system process implementation and optimisation Local Compliance Officer, contact person for external stakeholders (auditors, lawyers) and member of the local management team Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to enhance cost-efficiency and support sustainable business growth Lead financial aspects of change management initiatives, including system upgrades, process transformations, or crisis recovery efforts

Your profile

Successfully completed business studies preferably with a focus on finance or controlling Relevant experience in a comparable position or relevant professional experience in the field of controlling/finance with initial management responsibility Proven track record in managing diverse finance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment with strong leadership skills Professional appearance, good communication and presentation skills, entrepreneurial attitude, assertiveness and social skills Good knowledge of accounting, controlling, SAP (FI/CO) and ideally initial experience with MIRAS/Hyperion Analytical thinking skills, pronounced strategic and solution-oriented thinking and action paired with a "hands-on" mentality and a high affinity for automated and digital processes Good English skills and confident use of common MS Office applications round off your profile. Polish language proficiency is a must.
