Our client in the light industrial sector is seeking General Labor to join their team. You will be part of the production team supporting the plant staff and management personnel. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, exhibit the ability to interact with production co-workers, and have previous experience in a light manufacturing work environment. **Job Title:** General Labor **Location:** Huntington Beach, CA **Pay Range:** $17.50 per hour - 2nd Shift **What's the Job?** + Responsible for general labor duties including cleaning, painting, labeling, hauling pallets, etc. + Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping, meet and exceed all safety standards and training requirements as outlined. + May assist operators with changeovers, set ups and adjustments for production activities and shut-down operations. + May relieve into production roles as trained and assigned. + Maintain all equipment as required in a non-maintenance capacity including cleaning during down periods. **What's Needed?** + Previous experience in a light manufacturing work environment is preferred. + Good communication skills exhibiting ability to interact with production co-workers, plant staff and management personnel. + Must be able to properly complete all job assignments including preventive maintenance assignments. + Must have the ability to climb stairs, stand for periods of 2-3 hours in length and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. + Consistent, proper use of personal protective equipment is required. **What's in it for me?** + Positions are available on the day shift and night shift crews. + Consistent work schedule with overtime available on a daily basis and some weekends. + Weekly pay If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
