You will manage the delivery of all HSE activities in a manufacturing facility or commercial areas (offices, Sales, Warehouses) , including standards & procedures, capability processes, reporting, compliance and audit.  That means you will define and review standards and legislation applicable to site, validate design for HSE into projects and modifications, and support defined work processes (e.g. IIM pillar) to improve HSE application and effectiveness. Also, you will map all applicable legislation and internal standards, ensure ongoing compliance and manage relationship with legal department and local authorities. How you will contribute

You will:

Co-ordinate implementation of all HSE programs and processes. Prepare and build consensus annual plans for facility/function wide HSE initiativesPlan/Budget/Control annual capital budget for HSE to enable execution of the HSE plan and adherence to all internal and external compliance standardsProvide HSE expertise for the facility/function for all new projects and change management activitiesEnsure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow ups implemented to minimize or eliminate accidents, asset losses that might cause harm to one of the company’s employees, contractors, visitorsEnsure that the appropriate talent is in place through training, mentoring, and succession planning and supports development and learning capabilities of Safety specialistsEnsure the facility standards are in compliance with both Company and governmental/community regulationsEnsure training and coaching are taking place to drive a safety-perfect culture and to ensure safety standards and awareness are well understood throughout the plant organization

El manager de Health, Safety & Environment de la Planta de Puebla tiene como foco 3 grandes bloques;
1) Es un rol Técnico en el cual se llevan proyectos de CAPEX, planeación táctica, armado de role maps de seguridad del site y de cultura.2) Por otro lado es un perfil más operativo, ejemplar y que fluya en el piso de planta con las personas siendo un "leader by example".3) El HSE Manager lleva a cabo la agenda legal, en cuanto a normas, funcionamiento legal, Normas Ambientales, Normas de salud y Normas STPS

Requerimientos:

Profesional con experiencia en mantenimiento, mejora continua, ingeniería, safety en planta. Persona con fuerte conocimiento en legalidad operativa en planta.Experiencia previa en Consumer Goods. Experiencia en seguridad de maquinaria y equipo. Experiencia en proyectos ambientales de agua, optimización energ+etica, reducción de reciduos, etc. Conocimiento en la agenda de salud y servicio médico. Conocimientos de SAP. Digital enviromental. Habilidades de liderzgo.Proactividad. Compromiso. Ingles: avanzado.
